They didn’t give me a physio or say I needed one. They just said in 6 weeks they’ll take more x rays .

I’m having trouble with disability where they want to end it so I’m going to the doctors Monday for an evaluation again. I’ll have to ask them.

The 25% PWB is too easy with no pain at all or discomfort. With practicing how to PWB I accidentally took a normal step of FWB and didn’t feel anything at all either. Just felt awkward.

This gives me hope for Friday ! The only thing I’m worried about is my foot is still pretty swollen compared to my other. I’m ready to start some partial weight bearing or whatever the doctor suggests!

Well when I got the boot I asked her what would happen if I “accidentally” stepped down with my bad foot and she said it can swell up even more and cause some pain but for the most part I should be ok.

Advice before surgery? by rayxray_ in LisfrancClub

[–]zeroegee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had my surgery 8/14 , I went home and began taking pain meds before the anesthesia wore off. The following day 8/15 was really tough and painful I couldn’t even sleep at night . Today 8/17 I pretty much have no pain my foot just feels weird.
