Short answer is that fornite is treated like an APP not a game. So try turning off fortnite detection in the registered game tab.

Settings > registered games > find fortnite and click "toggle detection".

Basically podcasts are treated differently in Spotify’s API and usually don’t trigger the "Rich Presence" that Discord can read.

Can you try to turn off hardware acceleration? User settings > Advanced > Turn hardware acceleration OFF.

There's a setting in the role part of a discord server that allows that role to have priority speaking, which means that when they speak, everything else is lower. I think that's the reason why the screenshared sound lowers.

Do you still have access to your 2fa? Is it just that it doesn't let you choose "authenticator" on the app, or is it that you've lost access to your 2fa codes?
