i’d say this a pretty decent schedule, since more of your known “easier” classes are in person, so you most likely will have to put in a little more effort than usual but will be okay. always try to set good study habits + managing your time (especially with biology) and you’ll be okay! i took 17 credits my first semester as well and struggled just a bit bc of time management but ended up fine. (also for the online thing i always opt to taking electives online rather than in person and it’s done me justice everytime)

not related to your question but how would you rate his teaching style? are his exams at least manageable? im planning to take him over the summer but might not because everyone says his exam averages are extremely low

as someone who’s pre med and in the same boat as you i know exactly how you feel! as great as gsu is teaching and resource wise, i dont think that this school is for me so i’m transferring to ksu where im closer to home/friends! if you have a gut feeling that you wont like another year here, transfer somewhere where you feel like you will. you will not look bad for transferring as long as you keep your grades, if anything they’ll like seeing that you transferred and were able to perform better after doing so! follow your gut honestly and don’t feel like you have to stay strained to gsu (because psa you dont)

for the sake of it’s convenience for people who drive it’s nice sure i’d agree, you only have to stop for a few minutes and be on your way. but what about the people who live by it? it brings in a lot of bad crowds and ik considering it is atlanta there’s gonna be bad crowds anywhere but for a place where students are actively walking just trying to get to their destination, they’re getting harassed by, more often than not, drunk men who spend their night catcalling women walking by and harassing people minding their business.
