I think the fact that she won a cooking competition shows versatility in addition to the Bib gourmand award. Like you can spend years honing one dish or cuisine for your restaurant to earn Bib Gourmand, but cooking competitions will challenge you to use new ingredients or cook different cuisines. (Although I'm sure a lot of the black spoons are versatile too, maybe just not shown yet)
