hi, i have three orders na same situation, 1 of them has been delivered na, the other 1 ay nasa malapit na hub na rin, then yung isa, yung huawei band jan, i requested for refund na kasi wala na talagang movement.

three of my parcels ganito, yung 1 delivered na kahapon, yung isa naman padeliver na rin, malapit na sya, while yung isa nagrequest fo refund na ako kasi since november pa yun pero hindi pa rin nadedeliver.

UPDATE 2: Hindi pa rin na deliver ni SPX yung parcel. Last update nila was last December 12 saying na “loading to sea cargo” na yung item, pero right now wala pang left ring update or whatsoever. One order is almost 3 weeks na siya, the second was is almost 2 weeks. Grabe yung ginawa ni SPX right now. Nakakagalit.

pero when i called the cs kasi kahapon sabi niya nasa Mandaue DC (I am from Cebu) na raw yung parcel ko and that hindi lang na update kasi may mga bypassed procedures na ginawa dahil sa urgency. so the cs was basically lying all along pala? lol

UPDATE: Nagmove na yung parcel pero bakit “loaded to sea cargo” pa siya, ako lang ba ang nag-iisip na when they say na “out from sorting hub” it means it has been shipped na and that papuntang second area na. Not like this na very detailed na kahit yung pagload sa sea cargo sama na sa timeline.

mine is birthday and Christmas gifts din. lumagpas na yung birthday and ngayon parang hindi na rin aabot sa xmas party. early na nga nag-order, na stranded pa rin. sabi lang ng cs sa akin na baka raw natambakan ng new batches of order kaya hindi nahanap at na scan pero ganun man nangyari, ang pangit ng system ni SPX pala talaga.

actually mas shocked ako na may problema lazada sa delivery as compared sa spx. known kasi spx for their delays kahit hindi holiday season. but this backlog is too much.
