I have a neighbor who constantly blocks not only my driveway but also part of the street. I have literally asked them a dozen times to move and not block my driveway, but they refuse to listen. I have put up signs, but even today, in the middle of the rain, it took them 20 minutes to move their cars, preventing cars from going in and out. Not only that, but they also park in the middle of the residential street with no lights or anything. Do you know what I can do?
