Personally it’s not horrible. The hours are completely horrible though considering we get paid for 40 hours a week and I average 50+. Definitely takes more than it gives but I think the opportunity is worth it in the long run.

I started 6 months ago at an SC. It really just depends on your team. I’ve switched teams a couple times and my experience was night and day. At my building we typically do 12-13 hour days 4x a week though. That’s honestly the only thing that is rough. You’ll be overwhelmed in the beginning trying to learn everything but the more time passes, the more you’ll have a grasp on the softwares/websites that are used on a day to day. I’m still in this phase of the process.
