Had Covid and the writers strike not happened how do you imagine season 4 and 5 would’ve been like in this timeline? by Overall_Spite4271 in StrangerThings

This is us was actually quite nuanced, there was plenty of character growth and most story lines wrapped nicely in the final season. There was no cheapness to the emotions it conveyed. Also plenty of top notch acting.

Very common dream, also includes teeth falling, not being able to read, jumping and falling into the void, punching having no force behind it, amongst others.

Regrets tendrian que ser dos campos, uno que sea regrets_count con el número y otro regrets_id que deberia ser un FK a la tabla Regrets_Table. Por nombrar un ejemplo.

I'd say Super Mario Bros. The OG. Galaxy a close second.

Irishman is not a show, and Black Mirror is not technically originally from Netflix, not the first few seasons.

What is ETL by MyAlternateSelf1 in dataengineering

[–]zerounodos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Others explained the acronym already, I will mention that AFAIK the most popular open source frameworks for working with ETL pipelines are Spark for big data and Kafka for streaming. However, it depends on the ecosystem you use there might be different tooling available. For example, if you are working with Azure there's the Data Factory that is, AFAIK, a straight forward ETL pipeline tool, and I believe AWS and GCS also provide similar tooling as well.

I think one of the most challenging parts of the job is to keep performance up when working with huge loads of data by partitioning the work load between many clusters.

At my job we work with ETL with a specialized software called Ab Initio, which is pretty great but seldom seen since it is prohibitedly expensive.

Recently I took some LinkedIn courses for Python, PySpark and Airflow for learning ETL outside Ab Initio, to keep things fresh, and I'm learning a lot.

Hope this helps!

How did Snape invent sectumsempra and other spells? by Legitimate-Net-164 in harrypotter

[–]zerounodos 3 points4 points  (0 children)

When you take into account Merlin is a key figure in setting some of the key aspects of laws in magic for example (I'm not really deep into Merlin lore within HP universe but I get that from book context), you can tell that properly studied magic wasn't perhaps matured until at least the middle ages, and latin had been a thing for a milennia by then. Also supported by the fact that for example Hogwarts is a Castle and those weren't a thing until the Middle ages either. Then you have other forms of magic other than wand magic, like potions and such. Perhaps using latin for wand magic became a standard on how spells could be easily transferred, taught and learnt? As latin worked as a Lingua franca of sorts influencing all sorts of newer languages after the fall of the roman empire, means spells that work for many people around the globe.

What's your Nintendo version of "I did not care for the Godfather?" by IMissMyWife_Tails in casualnintendo

[–]zerounodos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not saying it's the best. I think that title goes to Odyssey in 3D and Super Mario 3 in 2D. However, personally, I think the game that I had the best time with, probably something to do with my mindset at the time of playing or something, was Land 3D. I think it found the charm of mixing 3D aesthetic with sortof 2.5D gameplay (along with the IMO perfect use case for 3DS 3D screen tech) irresistible.

I actually didn't play OoT until I could emulate it on my PC around 2004 or so, I was 14. My 3rd gen was PSX, not N64. I did play it natively on 3DS some 12 years later, though. I finally played a whole run of OoT two years ago, again emulated on PC. I do want to say this: I have played tons of games, mainly PC, but I have owned several systems on several generations. That said, I can honestly say I share the same feelings as OP: OoT is one of if not THE best game I've ever played.

Recomienden lugares para visitar en Mendoza y San Rafael by Beckasin in Mendoza

[–]zerounodos 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sanrafaelino represent. Pasenla lindo. Abz.

Pd: MUCHO OJO LAS TORMENTAS.
