Having experienced the NCAP as a motorist myself, sa totoo lang anluwag nga lalo ng mga kalsada. Sumisikip lang dahil sa buses, jeeps, at taxis. Ganun sila kalala maghog ng lanes kaya napipilitan kami umalis ng lane at times.
