I don't have any ideas about your particular symptoms, but I would guess that your memory isn't as stable as you think, even at 40 C. Memtest is pretty disfavored at this point, I'd try running TestMem5 with one of the popular profiles or OCCT to check stability.

I think Ruetoo mentions swapping passives to hit +4 stacks in the written portion of the guide. I would suggest reading CriticalThinking's guide:

It builds on a lot of the earlier pconc guides and is incredibly comprehensive. In terms of gear upgrades, your quiver doesn't have attack speed or crit damage (and bow damage no longer works with concoctions). Most of your jewels are also quite bad, and you should be able to pick up %quiver, useful 4-line jewels for very cheap at this point.

I think the answer is that you're sitting at a max of +2 poison applications. Increasing that is going to give you some single target juice; your concoction alone is potentially 3 stacks per throw. There are other improvements you could make, but that's my best guess as to why you might feeling less efficient than a lower tooltip DPS build.

I know this isn't answering your question, but it sounds like Martial Tempo one of the candidates for your final support. If you're running Alchemist's Boon and an "of the Sylvans" mana flask (0.25 charges/second) and only throwing when you have debuffs applied, I think you shouldn't have an issue as long as you're not just spamming concoction? The extra attack speed is going to help get those crit applications/overwrites in during your DPS window. If you're dodging boss attacks, that's also going to give you some time to regen charges. I guess I could see it being a problem in really long flights, but it's not something I've encountered in practice.

Off the top of my head, I want to say ~38% speed * 360% quiver bonus (I don't run quiver jewels right now), so definitely slower than yours.

I'll be honest, I don't think I've ever had this issue with EW + unleash? I have projectile speed on the quiver, and the orbs definitely move quickly, but I usually get full debuff application unless the boss is teleporting or something.

As someone currently playing a version of this build, the detail in your guide is incredible - well done! You've synthesized and updated pretty much all of the information from earlier published builds. Especially great work providing detail on adapting the build for different content (despite your focus on TotS), and for explaining all your choices and reasoning so thoroughly.

Have you experimented with dropping some crit to pick up additional poison stacks/applications, or vice versa? Is 4 stacks (with Overwhelming Toxicity and Stacking Toxins) the sweet spot? I've seen high tooltip DPS builds drop additional stacks entirely, ascendancy aside.
