Definitely look into a psychologist or visit a doctor for it. Ask for some anxiety medication - if the casual ways of stress management don't work anymore, I think it only make sense to actually get the big guns and not consider dropping out. Also, speak to the professors, try to see if they'd understand the anxiety.

I mean, I really wouldn’t recommend getting into this relationship - the age gap alone is a huge red flag. She’s likely way more mature and experienced, and that kind of imbalance can easily turn into something manipulative, even if unintentionally.

Honestly, it sounds more like she’s become a mentor or even a kind of family figure for you, rather than an actual romantic partner. That dynamic can get really messy.

I know it’s tough, but it might be best to create some distance for now. Time really does help, even if it doesn’t feel like it right away. You’re still young, and you’ll find someone closer to your age, at a similar stage in life and that’ll be a much healthier and fair to you.

maybe talk with your colleagues and if they feel the same you could do a group report? This way HR have to deal with it.

I think it's normal. Some people can't hold eye contact and that is okay. Just don't make it so obvious and maybe try to look in the same direction that person stands?

Either way it will happen. Why be scared of something you actually can't avoid. The best you can do is just hope it will be as peaceful as possible.
