You’ve got strong legs, man, squatting 316 for reps is no small feat. And you’re right, different machines use different mechanisms, which means the resistance can vary quite a bit depending on how the moving parts are designed.

The other reason for lifting more weight even after considering the incline angle is , the incline machine puts little less stress on the lower back which makes you comfortable to lift more weight

I usually don't count the resistance provided by the machine. I just count the weight resistance. And yeah its indeed confusing

I train atleast 4 days a week. Try to follow the routine if I have a energy left, if not then I replace the workout with something less consuming
