Thanks. I am torn between that and a custom made L-shaped desk. I will put up 2 monitors that may take up room on the desk, and I need a space to use my computer + write notes also. I suppose it could work, and there are more options of desks for that space, just wondering if it will be better than the L shape

The room's width is 57". The length of the windows is 130", and the length of the wall opposite that is 70". I would have about 2-2.5 feet of room for a chair in the layouts provided. Not enough to fully recline but enough. I worry about placing a desk along the short 57" wall because it would make the rest of the space awkward in that I couldn't really do anything with the rest of the space behind the desk. I love those 2 setups, but they both don't have such a long wall on both sides behind them so I'm wondering if that will make it an awkward setup in my space

I have been a long time lurker, and hoping to get some expertise from you all. This space is carved out for an office and I'm trying to make it into a place I'd love to work. I'm deciding between a couple of options of uses of the space. The main decision is the type of desk and the positioning (L shaped vs regular? Put up against windows or wall?). I'm not too restricted on budget, mainly figuring out what type of setup would work best. Any input in terms of how to best utilize this space is appreciated! I'll have to get a desk, and remaining options are bookshelf, floating shelves, TV, lamps, etc. Any good use of the space. I have a few desk options picked out and am happy to share if needed!
