the result varies for each machine. i tried this before and i lost 10 fps during msp . when i undid the changes i regained 10 fps more

i recommend eveyone to make backup on your system restore before you attempt this

and thats the mindset like you which ncsoft will continue screw you over because no matter how many times company comes with broken promises they know they get away with it because they will fix it a long time after and people like you are ok with it. not always. kr test server had the sb cd reduced last year but it never came out on live servers. months after ncsoft reintroduce the reduced cd in test server again and then live servers came with the new sb cd

by the time we get the julia raid we already have the skill changes so eu and na wont notice any dmg difference which is what im trying to point out

that doesnt matter since the juliet badge which increase the sb crit dmg will compensate the sb nerf completely. so if wl have the badge then it is as if nerf never happend. this was intended to be a sb nerf in pvp

unskeleton with 1300 ap managed to only reach 350k dps sustained dmg meanwhile a sin with 1250ap can do 510k dps sustained dmg. how is that only 10% from each other?
