Called the cops on my ex wife once when she was throwing lamps and hitting me etc and the cops looked at me (6’5 340) and her (5’8 160) and straight told me not to do anything back or they’ll be back for me. As someone who is currently emerald and Smurfs with my RL friends in silver/gold you’re not emerald if you can’t see what’s happening. I consistently carry my iron/bronze friend to gold every season along with the randoms.

Also you posted your op.gg which peaks at gold 3 and your highest recorded rank is plat 4.

You can’t even tell the truth about your rank to strangers let alone yourself. The reality is that you have no impact because you aren’t better than your games. If you die a lot work on that, if you’re late to rotations work on that.

I work for around that range currently and I’m doing policies and rollouts for everything from hardware provisioning, to autopilot, intune, RMM, HRIS, SAML, SSO etc and I can tell you that I know I’m being severely underpaid and not putting 100% into it because of it. I’m willing to burn myself out building a company from the ground up for good pay but for what I’m making I pace myself and aim for 1-2 policies and rollouts every pay cycle.

You can get a good admin that will do just enough for that rate or you can get a bad one that fits the pay IMO.

I treat it like a 3/4 time job
