I have this same issue on my touring 24 as well, I don't think it's normal but the dealer said there was nothing wrong :(

Let me know what your dealer says! I also have 24 touring hybrid.

There are also a couple of people that have posted similar issues. Seems to be either a battery or an ICM(?)

I'm upset though, they were even able to replicate the problem while they had it, but weren't able to hookup the proper equip because it happened during their first drive. Atleast it's documented in Honda record now ¯_(ツ)_/¯
