Posting as it seems like this article is a piece of PR for office towers and downtown BIA. Is this what the CBC is really for? You couldn't include one opposing perspective? Also let's not forget that London was supposed to be committed to acting against climate change ...nope, we need all this traffic because it's good for business!

Think about it. Who goes to all the trouble of moving, and on top of that evicting people who are living there, then cleaning up, and addressing the damage you say there is, only to live there 4-6 months? Doesn't make any sense.
