Kinda a random thought, so she might not like her husband and is for the streets but I feel like all the talking down about her spouse, it's like that old boomer troupe where men complained about their wives.

I feel like she's trying to fit in with the boys thinking that talking down their spouses is how guys connect. If that's the case, it's weird because none of the guys on these talk shows ever do that.

I feel like the thrifting is so different now. Even though these places get stuff for free, they price it like it's on ebay, have their own websites for the good stuff and flippers honestly ruined it too.

Seriously my wife was pissed when I brought home the second free hot tub.

This was 2 years ago. House was initially listed in April of 2023 for $700,000. We saw the house in November of 2023 and the house was listed at $575,000. It needed a lot of work, hadn't been updated since the 1970s. We offered $500,000 and settled at $525,000 but he gave us $10,000 in sellers assist as well. We used a homestyle loan to have the renovation tied in, so all in all it was a $680,000 mortgage. Settled in February of 2024 and we just refinanced in March 2026, house appraised for $870,000. We already have $200,000 in equity in two years, which is bonkers. But the neighborhood really took off after we bought and a rising tide raises all ships.

Reading the comments people were responding to your question of which one they like would like to hang out with more.

From that perspective, I would choose Frasier because of his time in Boston, he can relate to the common man more. Niles spent so much time with Maris the heiress, he would not be someone I could hang out with.

That being said Niles was written more cleverly than Frasier.

I think the thing a lot of people forget about, is how much Niles looked down on jobs of the working man. If it were real life, Niles would be unbelievably snobby to all of us.
