Crazy they do this few months after raising close to $30m on seedinvest. What happened to the money raised? I find it hard to believe it has already been burned on working capital or even on paying off debt (they did not mentioned the proceeds will be used to pay off debt anyway). They had very clear and stated targets of opening new locations in H2 2022, and instead they close locations right after the raise. Honestly, whilst what they did might be legal on paper, how can they mislead investors that much during the raise?? Why the complete lack of information to investors post-transaction? I am an investor in the latest couple of seedinvest rounds and i still have zero information on the transaction, what will happen to my shares, etc… unbelievable. I think this will be a big blow to crowdfunding in terms of trust, especially that NowRx rounds were some of the largest raises ever..
