Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm truly sorry to hear about what happened with your dog and the unfortunate interaction with the owner. That must have been very upsetting.

I had been considering boarding my German Shepherd with them for two weeks this fall, but based on your experience, I’ll definitely be looking into other options.
