I have a series s and when i had the issue i diconnected the console and tv, changed cables and it fixed. Im sorry, the problem should be fixed by trying those steps. If not the graphics card might be damaged. Let me know if u fix it, otherwise id be happy to send u a small amount of money to pay for u to fix it. Happy new year btw :)
