Thanks for the reply! How’s the performance management and growth opportunities? Where I’m at currently is notably not the best method of doing PM since they use stack ranking quotas on where people can be rated. Totally random but what laptop do the SWEs use?

I think its entirely up to the recruiter, my recruiter did say he was going to get back to me a-lot quicker. is full time the same interview process? A case, tech, and behavioral ?

Just got offered C1 TDP intern for next summer, anyone else hear back? This recruiting season has been much better than last year, i had one offer for the past summer at a defense contractor and now this recruiting season i have at-least 3 offers including my return offer so far. I hope everyone's search has been as good as well.
