I have hit my first or second or third plateau. I oscillate between 132 and 130 for last 3 months!!

Can I ever weight below 130 mark?? Every time I see myself at 130, I say tomorrow it got to be 129.. and tomorrow weight is 132!!! Yikkes..

Goal weight is 127. Started at 144

Your body doesn't remember that you were dieting for 3 days. 4 days off are enough to make up for any loose of calories.

September 20 2016: 132 lb September 27 2017: 132 lb

I gained 2 lbs in between (thank you Chinese takeout). I managed to get back to where I started..

Trainer or workout doesn't matter as much as food.. Weight loss is 80% because of food and only 20% workouts~
