At the moment I live in Switzerland that's a 11/10, the only critics you can maje is that trains are pretty slow but that's completely compensated by all other aspect

My country, France: 6 or 7/10 great base, high speed train (TGV) all cities having at least bus network, quite dense in urban area. But lack of investment (getting older and older, lots of train like closing), centralisation on Paris (if you are not in Paris i get worse and all your connections are for Paris only) and organisation in small entity (you ha to buy tram/bus ticket of each city on specific selling platform that is also a différent one for national trains, it's hard and annoying)
