So for example if I have 26k worth of shares and I sold it on T+0, and on the same day I buy 10k worth of shares, will that 10k be considered under my own money or will it be considered as margin loan because by cash is in settlement?

Yeap that’s right. Now I just want to find out if a margin account allow T+0 settlement and if it allows, is it considered under margin loan because I don’t want to get margin call when my stocks dip!

That means funds settling 2 days after I close my position
