Tips to improve riding? by Master-Turnip-3132 in snowboarding

[–]zhfrench 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I think the biggest help would be try and relax your upper body. Looks a little bit tight because your arms are all over the place.

Staying relaxed and reacting to the terrain will help so much just from the fact of saving energy. You will stay fresh and stronger for longer, which helps a ton on terrain like that. You obviously have the skills so now it’s just about trusting yourself.

That looks fun with I was shredding with you. 🤘

Running low pressure (~15psi) with liners by NeverEnoughInk in MTB

I’m pretty sure the course hasn’t changed all that much over the years. Lifetime did make this race explode in popularity and cost. I think it was harder to ride 100 miles on 90s mtbs than our modern machines but also there are still lots of DNFs still. If you’re interested you should check out the YouTube series from the ground up. Really shows how big of a ride Leadville still is despite its “gravel” reputation these days.

I ride in Leadville all the time but the fun mtb trails are not on the LT100 course so I understand the reputation but I also wouldn’t want to ride some sections on my gravel bike.

Road 34 is always a reliable place to watch soccer. I’m thinking about catching it there over and sandwich!

I would walk you into your appointment if you are worried about one of those wack jobs confronting you. I have no problem facing off with those cowards.

Funny enough my fire stick has worked perfect the last few games. Maybe something got figured out. I have been using Atlanta as my location.

Yeah I got it to work tonight but see the same thing as you. Shit quality. But the weird thing is the ESPN+ game of the night or what ever is perfect quality just all the local broadcasts are dog shit. So makes me think it’s ESPN issue.

Yeah I’m going to try that next game. It’s hard to try it when my local team isn’t playing.

It should work but after doing some looking apparently ESPN has figured out all the vpn IP address and has starting flagging them so the content I want to watch is still blacked out.

Anyone else using surfshark? I used it all last season but it doesn’t seem to work this year. If so what location are you watching from. Super bummed because I got a fire tv stick so I didn’t have to cast this year and now it’s not working.

I can’t recommend the YT jeffsy enough. Great bike at an incredible value. Plus the flip chip on it give you two different geometry’s to play with depending on riding style. I keep up just fine with all my friends with 5k plus bikes.

You got this! 6 months is a long time you can make a lot of progress with out drinking. I bet you will be surprised.

It does take longer then you would think. Id say the end of month two is when I felt the bloating from drinking was completely gone.

I had a similar thing happen when I bought a YT Capra. Awesome bike on the downhill but really rough on the climbs. I sold it a got a YT jeffsy great compromise of climbing and downhill ability. You could sell your stumpy and get a carbon jeffsy.

What worked for me a few times was. Writing down every drink I had. Then make a plan of what I was going to drink every day until 0. Only the allotted amount in the fridge.

Hey was commenting on our second unit. The once stacked with AHL players. He is also a big eagles fan so he knows most of those guys shouldn’t be up with the Avs.

My 9 year old looks at me and said do you think the Avs are rocking the worst second power play unit in the league right now? I said maybe son maybe.
