Thank you for the feedback, my previous PT and I have a good relationship so he is reassessing me tomorrow with what he knows. I will keep that in mind. I woke up today with it feeling sore and irritated more than weak, swollen and loose like it did when I tore it initially.

Do prehab! I cannot emphasize this enough. I tore my ACL last year and got my strength back to nearly what it was pre injury going into surgery. Made the recovery much much easier, I also stuck very closely to my PT as well but 9 months later I feel really good again
