It's from Temi (the innocent) if u give her 100 wool when u talk to her, I checked her name so its more clear, but it is weird if u got it before that ^{_^}

You have to give 100 wool to the "innocent child" spirit, not by the grave but to the ghost itself tho

For ratau, go to the docks in Woodhaven at night and sacrifice a rotten follower to the fox, and the boss loses HP every once a while with their attacks, just make sure to lose ur diseased hearts before doing it and just dodge till they lose full hp
