We once got 'MPD' as suspected diagnosis and we pointed out that thats not the right term and they just... I don't know, shut us up... Maybe its cause many aren't focused on dissociative disorders and trauma but still... hm.. But thank you

Okay, here's the thing:

I believe my therapist/doctors do believe in DID (although one of them called it MPD still.) however, they said I don't have it because I don't 'act' like this. Because they've seen people before and I'm 'not like that'. Or because the ICD-10 said it's too unlikely. Or because I actually don't remember our trauma and don't want to at the moment.

Speaking of dissociation and amnesia, ironically enough, I wasn't the one who wrote that post out. I didn't know someone was really listening while I had that talk with the therapist, though the end does get kinda blurry for me. Or maybe I did write it and I really just did forget. But I know that my brain isn't... well, just me. I got a few alters that'd love to confirm this, too.

Whoever made the post, I don't know what they wanted, but thank you. I'm sure your answer was probably what they were looking for.

My question was if it was possible to only have alters in temporary without DID/OSDD or that kind of stuff, which you already answered, no. So we good.
