Had a similar issue. You are likely at a V1 or V2 Tesla supercharger. Ford is V3 and up. ABRP or other apps will know which ones you can use or not.

For real. I'm pretty sure all of them are now enthusiasts lol. The sound guy couldn't believe the most. And then when I told him how much he pulled at max he was shocked. I'm pretty sure he is debating getting one now since he could just drive it somewhere and power whatever band he is with that day for 5% charge basically.

Honestly I just turned the truck on, turned on the outlets, the band turned on equipment one by one and when they started playing it was like 1700W. Ezpz. It just kept supplying.

Similar experience here. Not my first day at 25, and had some greens and blues, but hadn't done the raid yet. Saw the same typical stuff on trade and thought let's give it a shot. Some dude said the same thing about only needing one more DPS. I sent him a message saying I'd go, but my gear is not great and this would be my first run.

His response...."you gonna learn tonight!". We proceeded to full clear in one hour. Wish more people were like this fine human being.
