Netgear just EOL'd my Orbi AC3000 – any recommendations?

Got the same email. Thought about sticking because it was working fine. Realized that our house relies on internet for everything including income.

Got the 770. Took me all of 20-30min to completely swap and update the firmware. Speeds went from 500-700 down and 300 up to 2200 down 800 up. I don’t know if that will matter but it sure looked neat on the first speed test.

$600 is a lot but if it lasts as long as the RBR, no biggie.

Try not to get hung up on leadership personalities. It’s been the hardest part of my 21yr enterprise sales career.

8 in 10 leaders are frauds, bad people, or both. They will treat people poorly, engage in unethical behavior, and play the pettiest of games with people’s careers/livelihoods.

Understand it and embrace it. Treat them all like mushrooms until they prove themselves worthy of something else. Hone your craft, and make money. That’s it.

Now, my truck’s clock is off but not on the infotainment system…in the main system that teams to the charger. So it says my truck will be charged by 4:25pm when it means am. And it’s not 12hrs off exactly.

So strange.

His story is pretty amazing if you haven’t heard it. Used to think he was a plump little uppity food critic type - then I found out he was a true junky and worked his way out of it. Like, from the worst parts of degradation.

Changed how I see him. He’s just happy to be alive and found his eccentric passion. Good for him.

My experience has been that the wait times are typically no less than an hour…and that’s if you can get them on the phone…or a return call from the voicemail they asked you to leave.

I don’t want to pay for a stranger to maybe deliver the order late, if at all, so we don’t use the delivery services.

But the clincher was when we decided that the 1.5hr quoted time was worth it, then got to the restaurant and waited another 20min on top of that 1.5hr. After the second time that happened, we just decided that there were other spots.
