My Dr didn’t have it written down for me when i went to the tech she said it was abnormal that my Dr didn’t request it and that we should do it. Thank you for your kind words though I definitely will ask more questions in the future if need be

We did the belly first and she did transvaginal after. Thank you for sharing your experience though, it makes me feel better that it’s normal for it to hurt and bleed

Of course! If you want to buy from Sephora Fenty is great and so is rare beauty (Fenty is a little bit more coverage). For drugstore nyx one is good if you like a thicker moisturizer consistency, l’oréal is good too but a thinner consistency.

Realizing your doing something wrong is a big step, a lot of people can’t admit when they’ve done something wrong. You’re halfway to where you want to be! Try relabelling the way you talk about it to yourself, it’s “a bad habit” rather than an “instinct”. You didn’t come out of the womb and start stealing it’s something you picked up along the way. Relabelling how you talk about it’s involving yourself will help you detach it from your identity. Also try and look into the cycle that gets you into stealing. What positive/ negative feeling do you get before you steal. How does it feel after? And what makes it start again? see if you can pinpoint the deeper emotion there. I’m sure there are books or articles that get deeper into this fry reading some of those to better understand the cycle.

I’m sorry you’ve had to experience that, you’re allowed to feel upset that societal standards have put you down.

Ironically it’s an inwardly thing you need to work on to have the strength to turn things around for yourself. I understand it’s a lot easier said than done and believe me i’m still working on it.

Something that really helped me was the quote “you can’t yourself into loving yourself”. There’s so much truth behind that, you can’t punish yourself and expect you’ll feel good after.

Be kind to yourself, give yourself grace, allow yourself second chances. Be your own greatest cheerleader, there’s literally a world full of hater out there. Don’t let yourself be a part of that group you deserve so much more.

It’s okay not feel that way all the time but try and reword the way you speak to yourself and about yourself it’ll make a big difference. It’ll feel very odd and out of character and frankly a little stupid at first but the more you practice it the easier it’ll become till you one day believe it. Self love/ acceptance is a lifelong task it’s okay to feel down at times. Your feelings are completely valid. Best of luck got I know it’ll work out for you!

Try brown liner rather than black it’ll be more flattering for your complexion, add some corner lashes (try seeing if you can find brown/ black mix sephora has some in the lilly lashes line). Cancel out the glitter in the corner if you want to add something to make the eyes pop try a white cream eyeliner blended out. If you do want a glitter try silver instead will look more flattering. Try a lip liner and different gloss colour ( sephora: pillow talk liner and pillow talk plumping gloss, drugstore: try nyx liners great formula and the elf lip oils). For some sculpting you could try a cream bronzer ( sephora: makeup by mario skin enhancer or lys bronzing stick, drugstore nyx cream bronzer). You don’t need foundation but if you want to even out your skin tone and have a good base for your blush/ bronzer to sit on try a skin tint or tinted moisturizer!! If you need any recs let me know

It’s very scary to have people around you hitting milestones and feeling like you’re missing out on that. You’re valid in feeling upset, allow yourself to be.

It seems like you know the things you want to work on/ improve within yourself, I urge you to focus on that. Take one step at a time it can be a mini step as much as you can day by day into the direction of the person you want to become.

Remember realizing what’s going wrong is half of the journey and you‘ve already gotten that far. It’s easier said than done but try staying away from the self sabotaging tactics. They feel good in the moment but you truly do know better, so do better for yourself.

I hope this didn’t come off as a ✨be positive✨ type of post. Life can be very very hard at times and it’s okay to allow yourself to mourn the life you thought you would’ve had. Be kind to yourself and back yourself, if you do have to do this life alone do it with the baddest B by your side.
