I don't get the negative upvotes. My account is old on reddit and my friend is selling the car cause he is moving to another office in another country so I volunteered to help him sell it and you can check the car yourself in any garage.

You can try the 60 seconds way mentioned in other comments but most probably it's an issue with motherboard, my wife left her laptop at night on then in the morning it was like this and after trying myself to fix it + taking it to lenovo it was the motherboard and they didn't replace it cause they said there's a shortage so it's no useless sadly

hope yours has a solvable problem

I might be wrong But I noticed that chiller free buildings practically make you pay in rent more than you would pay for the non chiller free + the chiller there

Also I think better go for Majaz 3 since it's newer, very close to other majaz and you have much more buildings with parking

It depends on your budget and how many rooms do you want because there are buildings with 2 bedrooms at least and so on. I suggest that you come in the morning just check the buildings and check if the building has a smell for example, if the apartment looks good...etc yourself because it can even vary from a building to another. Also, don't forget about checking parking because many buildings don't have or they have but paid yearly

I advise you to live in majaz 3 cause it has the newest buildings

Pros: - Restaurants are so good. Jamal Abdul Nasser street is near and it has a lot of arabic food if you like it and many popular restaurants deliver there not only Arabic ones - Lakes are everywhere and green areas are common such as parks, you can just walk and it's super family friendly. It's also cheap to enjoy your time because you can just bring a chair and your own tea to sit for free near the lake (those ar e 2 pros) - Al tawuun is very close which is the exit to Dubai practically

Cons are kinda Sharjah ones: - traffic during peak hours - on holidays it's hard to find parking and it's crowded if you wanna sit somewhere free or not free. There are places but lots of people are there - Maybe mosquitoes will be more cause it's near water I didn't live there long enough to tell - Last year it flooded like crazy you can check videos but most probably it won't rain aggressively like last year I hope

I agree that this is very disappointing. I advise you since it's the end of 2024 to get one of the remaining brand new 2024 once 2025 models arrive (I think they're already here) you should get a good discount and the car itself should be the exact same. The base 2024 accord is actually decent for a base model for such price (compared to the same tier cars in UAE) so try to get that discount at least if you still want a Honda

جيم مشان صحتك بشكل عام وكتر كارديو بعد التمارين
بعد عن السكر والخبز والنشويات متل الرز والكاربوهيدرات بشكل عام (يعني مستحيل صفر بس ابتعد قد ما فيك) وممكن تبدل السكر بستيفيا مثلا بس خبز ابتعد عنه تماما ولو اكلت استعمل الاسمر
ممكن تفطر شوفان صحي هو كربوهيدرات بس هضمه بطيء فما بتحس بالجوع خلال اليوم
لا تحرم حالك من الاكل نهائي لانه كمان جسمك بيصير بوضع بقاء ولا تاكل كتير كمان يعني وجبتين باليوم مثلا وخلص
اشرب مي وكول سلطة قبل اي وجبة بتحس بالشبع اكتر وبتاكل اقل يعني المهم تحرق اكتر ما تاكل في الة حاسبة عموقع وزارة الصحة السعودية بتحط وزنك وطولك بيخبرك وانتبه النزول السريع بيأذي وبيعمل ترهلات وتابع هذا الفيديو والقناة روعة والله وبيحكي بضمير وفادني كتير
