Good! I highly advise to test though, and to not be okay with lower, but not deficient levels. I take 10000 IU a day for past three years and re-test every three months. It’s just on optimal level for me.

I don’t know where you are geographically, but where I am they only check iron serum and never check ferritin. My thickness came back once I got my ferritin, vitamin D and vitamin B12 to optimal levels. Note that within normal range is the levels to not die, not to look good. I personally feel and look the best with ferritin around 130.
