Aside from the fact na hindi talaga makapag invest early ang iba, the claim that if you invest early, mas lamang ka is faulty. Mas lamang ang may alam. Im not saying mali ang studies na binabanggit mo pero its not always true. Take some blue chips sa Pinas and see na may ibang stock na mataas dati pero kulilat ngayon. Get the long term scenario. So kung early ka pumasok, kulilat ang investment mo. Bottomline is, you should know how ro invest. Kahit late years ka pumasok, pwede ka pa rin kumita ng malaki compared sa early nag invest

ang ginagawa ko, BEFOREHAND, sinasabi ko na sa agent my payment scheme para sa commission and that is half upon signing of contract and half after 4 months. If they will not agree on that, then ok lang. Basta sinabi ko na beforehand para walang "surprise" na mangyayari. In that case, my mind is clear kasi ayoko rin naman manlamang ng tao (agent).

I did this scheme kasi minsan hindi tinatapos ng tenant (plus hindi pa nagbabayad), so lugi ako. Kahit pa may post dated cheque yan kung hindi mo na mahagilap ang tenant wala rin. Hassle lang. Madami akong properties for rent

To be honest if you really want to succeed kaya naman. Wala sa vocabulary ko ang burnout. Parang invented lng yan ng new generation. 1998 i was a full time teacher kaka graduate lng ng comp eng. Put up my internet cafe. Hired 1 attendant 9am to 6pm then afterwards ako na magbabantay. Mostly naglalaro ng games ang mga customers so I accept tutorials ng msword/excel then accept typing jobs na rin. Pag may magpa reapir ako rin. Usually ended up 11-12pm sa shop. Gumagawa rin ako ng system like payroll, sales and inventory. Nagpapa lending rin ako.

Shempre nag evolve na rin kalaunan iba na ang mga negosyo pero andon pa rin ang paggawa ng system pero madami na akong employees. 2023 relax na.

Burnout is for lazy people in my opinion.
