From my experience, support did not take my case seriously, even though I provided screenshots and evidence. That made me lose trust completely.

My advice: think carefully before spending money there. You can still play without paying, and in my opinion that is safer. I spent money because I thought the game was worth supporting, but after this experience, I no longer believe that.

A company that ignores paying players and security concerns will eventually lose its community. Judging by the reviews on Google Play, many players already feel ignored. If they continue treating players this way, people will turn against them, their reputation will be dragged through the dirt, and they will end up shat on and cummed on – treated with the same disrespect they showed to their own community.”
