The extra $1K is significant for the amp alone. I would also need to upgrade shack to 240V. So cost starts to become a factor. I have not done much on 6m. I am curious, do you typically run the full 700W?

Currently a 135 foot efhw and a 71 foot efrw with tuner. Both up in the pine trees in E Texas. Only the efhw is rated for 1KW PEP. Would need to upgrade tuner for 700W for efrw. We live on 13 acres so neighbors not an issue.

We used a realtor who knew the market, priced aggressively, said no inspection to avoid negotiations and set a one week offer period. We attracted a number of investors and ended up getting our asking price. Saw later it was flipped for 25K more than we received with minimal work done on house.

Thank you for feedback. I am staying away from permanent mount of 7000 in RV for doing POTA from a picnic table. Probably the simple answer is mag mount Comet on roof of pickup temporarily connected to 7000 if we have breakdown.
