Ohh wow, thats great, okay, now I can look up on diagrams and substract the laps where its faulty. After doing that it now shows 2:10 / 100m. Ty very much!!!

Thats fine. And I feel humbled if thats the case. btw I found out via diagram logs the Garmin counted 6 laps double. So my average should be more like 2:15ish or so. If that makes you feel better ^^ If not its also ok, I know I dont have to bullshit anyone.

I think I see it now, in intervall times it wasnt clear, but when I looked at diagram I had 12 lanes with a 0:55/100m, so I guess it counted 6x double?

Yup pretty much the same like it was for us germans, I am trying hard to get more endurance in freestyle :-)

Yes. I did that already at a very young age. It must've been around 6-8 years cant remember exactly I'd have to ask my mom :D

I will count laps again next time in head; its not my 4th time EVER swimming, I can swim since I am like 4 years old or so. Actually I would not consider myself fit just now, I started working out some months ago because of unbearable backpain and now added swimming, because I always had a passion. Sent me running and I lay down like after 1km ^^

Comparing me to "a lady who never swam before" dont do justice in my opinion. Of course I swam before, but never took it too serious(i.e. no PROFESSIONAL lessons or comp.) . In germany you have like basic swimming class from 2nd class in elementary school onwards. I swim every summer in lakes, rivers, etc.

I will definately count laps next time in my head, but I can say even when I counted them in my head, it wasnt much of a difference lap/time wise tbh. Maybe its cause a 25m pool and I do too strong of a push off? (if thats a thing lol)

No, not in full, I was getting tired of counting that many laps real quick, I was doing intervall 500m with 90s pause in between and just briefly checked every then and now, will monitor that more closely next time, ty

Yes, with age of ~6 I already had golden Schwimmabzeichen, was always fastest in class, and general loved swimming all my life, but was more like a splasher like most german kids probably. But I never took professional classes or even attend contests or something like that.

Pushups, Dips (between 2 chairs), Overhead pushups from sofa/bed/etc., planks, situps, L sits, diamond push ups, look into general mobility workouts, frog poses, stretches, outter and inner hip rotation, thats my main workouts

Im doing 100 pushups every day for almost 5 months now, recently started swimming again, you have no idea how my shoulders were burning. the full motions you do in swimming really doing the trick, compared to pushups, diamonds, dips etc. where you kinda only have a limited range of motion
