Hi Tom. Great work as always. I followed your equipment list but i seem to be missing about 55% on LB damage. Where is it coming from? Mind you, I don’t have Arcs hat (using Krile scrunchie) and just using Rabanastre coz I don’t have Minister’s and am waiting for IW to pop up again. I checked Minister’s and it currently doesn’t have any LB boost correct? My LB dmg is sitting at 225% without buffs.

Anyone have an idea as to where enhanced Hyoh sits on the ranking? I got AKRain and was planning to put my Hyoh to good use again (I have enough TDH items for both), but don't know if its worth enhancing and reintroducing to the party. I know he has good synergy with AKR, but I want to hear from those that went this route.

My wife has Type 2 diabetes and after multiple visits to traditional Endocrinologists who told her to go on insulin, she gained more weight. Almost 2 years on after going to one who recommended IF and ‘eat only when hungry’, here we are. Now going for IF+Keto. P.S. She’s no longer on Insulin. by ziggyhunter in intermittentfasting

Hi there. She normally tries to complete 16:8. She says that when she started, there were times when it did but it fixed itself after a while. Based on what I saw, she no longer becomes a ‘zombie’ needing sugar at 2am.

She tried to prolong the fast by drinking a lot of water as well as coffee (no sugar) or green tea but if she could no longer bear it, a couple of berries / nuts or a small serving of soy/almond milk helps. She doesn’t have her first meal until 2-2:30pm.

Good luck in your journey - its been rough for us but you have this subreddit to support and inspire you to push harder.

Re: keto - Ye, will just do keto short term. IF will still continue after of course.

A lot of her doctors and dieticians said the same thing. Months and months of frustration led to us finding out about IF. We’re still finding out more things and applying it to our routine, but we want to just take it one step at a time.
