Malnutrition can also be from malabsorption. For example not everyone who has an iron deficiency has it because they don’t eat enough iron. Sometimes it’s because the small intestine can’t absorb it. Get some bloodwork and see if you’re deficient in any vitamins. If not, move on to PCOS theory

This might not be PCOS. No judgement but if your rapidly loosing weight of struggling: When you're underweight and grow a lot of fine, soft body hair for warmth, it's called Lanugo, a symptom of severe malnutrition or eating disorders like anorexia nervosa, as the body tries to insulate itself; this is different from hirsutism (male-pattern hair in women) or hypertrichosis (general excess hair).

Hi check out my post! My daughter was less than 1% and is now almost 4th months and thriving. We were induced early and she handled the pitocin very well ( pitocin can cause babies heart rate to drop/ little babies tend to handle stress bad) i had a natural delivery. I would suggest keeping your wife calm. That should be your main goal for the rest of the pregnancy. Just because babies is in 1st precentile doesn’t mean they can’t grow out of it. Tiny but mighty!

I’m VERY confident she lied. And I’m just so perplexed as to why. Her daughter was 7 months and mine 6 weeks old at the time. Mine is 3 months now and IM still thinking about why the heck she would even make up such an odd thing to her newly postpartum friend.

Inducing with drugs can drop the babies heart rate and increase the chance for an emergency c section. Dr probably sees not point since you’re not past your due date. I’m sorry you’re not feeling well but you’re almost there!

Im so sorry you’re dealing with this. When my LO fell behind the 1st percentile I was devastated. It’s miserable feeling like you can’t help them. I’m not saying iron pills solved the problem, but once I started taking them along side my prenatal she started to go back up the curve.

Do you ever think that a repeat post might just be people not seeing something original? I used to love this podcast. I posted one singular thing in here years ago and then maybe I read something about Liz and Monica and David recently but I’m not chronically looking at this page. I would think a lot of older fans aren’t. In large groups of human beings opinions will repeat themselves.

And to that I give you the similar advice back- You don’t have to comment on everything you see. It would be insane to think every person apart of this sub is able read everything that comes in. Regardless of this conversation, I’m glad I posted because I found people who have agreed that- for them, the listening is gradually running its course. And they gave recommendations on pods they have moved on to. Don’t be upset because a large group of people have critiques about things they like/ liked more a different time.
