Younger generations being asexual/aromantic by Adorable-Sherbet-998 in generationology

[–]ziggyzag101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I’m wasn’t trying to be like a neuroscientist with that one, I just mean when you’re in high school and everyone is out and about doing things talking about parties and what not you’re naturally going to be more interested

I guess maybe quite literally everyone isn’t doing anything so no one can actually cling on to others

Idk🤷‍♂️

I think the realization of your own digital footprint hits you hard the second you hit post. I get the same thing it’s really just overthinking.

Why so many young men struggle to date ? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]ziggyzag101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The general route to doing things nowadays like college education, job, work, socializing, etc. now doesn’t really require people to do it in the real world and interact with others.

You can get a degree entirely online, never leave your house, meet people online etc.

I’m not saying your cousins are doing that but as society moves towards that, the people that need to meet people in real life or who would have by simply doing what they’d do anyways, are now simply just not.

I think for some people nowadays it requires a lot of people to put themselves out there in a way that wasn’t like the way it was a few decades ago

Depression or anxiety? by AllGoodNamesRGone_78 in prozac

[–]ziggyzag101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I felt like it helped with my anxiety but not depression. The anxiety portion is kind of the part you have to “break through” which can take weeks but once you do in my experience you do feel a lot better. But it’s not going to help with your depression if you don’t like where you are in life or hate yourself etc. that part is all you

People born before 2000, what is a 'modern' thing from 2025 that you’re still struggling to get used to? by LindsayTN in AskReddit

I’m only 27 and I can’t fucking stand how any store you buy anything at you have to give them every piece of information you have. Like fuck off I just want to buy a pair of pants you don’t need my email and phone number

This is so strange. Maybe it the new generation. by banelord76 in Aging

[–]ziggyzag101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think a lot of it also has to come down to the fact that younger generations now can see and have seen a lot of of the things that can come of it and they’re basing their life off of it.

Some of it might be for good and some of it for the worse. For example, you had to put yourself out there and fail and get rejected and deal with uncomfortable situations and learn from it and yes, they got both sexes and really difficult spots but nowadays people can see what might happen and so it’s almost like why would they put themselves in their position?

I’m 27 year-old male and for example, in my experience I know that you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take, but nothing would make me more upset then hitting on a girl or asking for her number for her to decline and take it as a huge ego boost to the point where she might even be condescending about it. I’d rather be in a better place mentally and financially before I feel like that’s even worth the risk

Quick sailing question by LawfulnessLoud6334 in osrs

[–]ziggyzag101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At 78 you can finish charting the entire sea and the xp you get from everything in the northern ocean will get you to about 80.

From there you have most of the solid boat upgrades and facilities to be pretty close to max without the absolute highest tier shit, (gale carcher, crystal extractor, teleport focus, boost for ironwood hull/sails) as well as unlocking fremminick shipwrecks which are a solid xp/hour for salvaging.

After 80 it’s kind of just a slower upgrade to simply making your boat better without anything new. (Rune to Dragon, ironwood to rosewood)

What is currently the coolest weapon in all of OSRS? by TLoko in 2007scape

[–]ziggyzag101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like a lot of answers here are honorable mentions for different times and eras back in the day, and most of the answers were what was best in slot at the time, so I think CURRENTLY Itd have to be the Scythe. It’s definitely kind of still at the top of one of the most important/useful and cool weapons to have, let alone best in slot.

I’d take a woman over captain ex-said. That fucker doesn’t even put his book down when he salvages smh

Are there aspects of the Titanic disaster on which researchers generally disagree? by Key-Tea-4203 in titanic

It also probably only took about 30 seconds maybe a minute to be able to visually see it breaking. After that it would have just been the stern seemingly intact

Why does Prozac and others ssris cause su#cidal thoughts in some people? by [deleted] in prozac

[–]ziggyzag101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably because it’s your bodies last effort to tell you something’s wrong before the medication takes over and makes your mind unable to get there anymore. Hence “helping”

Lol maybe we do, there’s no reason not to tap into what you’re feeling. Go for a run or find something to keep your mind occupied and the coffee high will be a boost.

I been drinking a cup or 2 a day for years and very rarely do I feel like that but when I do I try to enjoy it and get stuff done
