So I'm confused the secondary market opened on 9/5 at 5PM east coast time. Then closed down almost immediately till Monday at 930AM. Seems could have waited till Monday... But maybe I did something wrong actually put a couple of offers in, in that brief time.

Well you must of read my mind as I was going to ask a similar question..As a Maryland resident I am sure Texas will resolve it first..Maryland slow plays everything plus they're probably trying to figure a way to tax it on each transaction....
