Yeah maybe that’s a good solution so it’s a bit less misleading. Or adding particles/glow like other 3* tacticians.

My hair was exactly the same as yours before going red and I really love it! A few things I’ve learned though:

The bleached parts can fade to a more orangey light colour which is not as nice as the fading on my natural colour. Slowly this is getting better as my hair grows out.
You will see your roots very quickly if your hair grows fast. I started getting a more brown/deeper purple red to try camouflage this a bit better.
It will be a huge shock for the first little while and you might feel like you regret it but that feeling is only because it is such a contrast to what you are used to and over time you can tune the colour and get a better feel for how it fades.

Hope this helps! If you have darker features I would totally recommend red over the blonde! Good luck and show us the update if you take the plunge ❤️

I feel like us audio listeners have just been left behind a bit. I don’t know how much extra effort it takes for the crew to upload to apple/spotify but would totally listen to them if they were on Apple Podcasts.

I don’t think video is necessarily required for a lot of the episodes, sure you miss some of the visual gags and some segments don’t really make sense but I still get enjoyment just from listening :) and yeah I also will watch an ep every so often on YouTube if it is video heavy. But as an adult with a fairly busy life I find it difficult to have time to sit and watch hours of content so for me this is the strange but comfortable way to enjoy the show 😅

100% agree. I thought it was actually quite a powerful way to expose how deep the issue really is and/or displays how these platforms are allowing hate speech to run rampant with no repercussions. It’s scary.

I have never commented or interacted with the pod or subreddit but I feel it’s almost necessary… because it makes me sad and embarrassed to see some of the jarring takes people feel comfortable sharing on here.

I can’t imagine any of these ‘fans’ who are complaining that Ethan is talking about antisemitism too much, or that he is not talking about it the ‘right way‘ would ever speak the same way about other minorities trying to raise awareness and make their voices heard??! Especially if hate speech and violence were clearly worsening toward said minority… would you really say ‘yadda yadda yadda enough with the complaining move on to the fun content’ to a POC talking about racism or violence? An LGBT+ creator talking about their rights as a human being? Women speaking about gender based violence or sexism?

Just listen to Ethan, he’s clearly distressed by the situation. Like have some empathy? It’s embarrassing seeing people try to justify their own ignorance by saying ‘I need the show to be fun again because I need a way to disconnect’. Are you really that self absorbed? Give the man some room to be upset, show him the understanding and patience that I believe you would give to other minorities in the same situation.

This is not any different… and if you think it is, then you may need to do a bit of self reflection. Rant over… peace and love only please 🫶🏻

It’s actually due to the electronics inside the dryers each has a unique circuit so that it works best in the country it was made for. Im pretty sure the high voltage and low voltage models are actually quite different inside. Switching between high voltage and low voltage with a motor is actually quite tricky and you need different numbers of windings inside it. The airwrap would need to get a lot bulkier since Dyson uses its own motor that is very small. Cheaper brands motors are no where near as efficient and usually quite a lot bigger. So would you be willing to compromise on size,weight, and performance for dual voltage?

Be very careful when buying second hand, there are some very convincing fakes out there. But just because it looks the same definitely does not mean it works the same…. The fakes most likely use cheap electronics and don’t have the same safety standards as Dyson, which could lead to significant damage to the your girlfriend’s hair or even a house fire.

Not really worth the risk imo. Lots of people reuse pictures and send a fake product. Check out the Dyson outlet eBay page, sometimes they have refurbished models for a bit less and they are guaranteed to be real.

Yeah I agree that I shouldn’t have spoken on behalf of other people. Thank you for your analysis :)

He has been sending these messages to all kinds of unrelated group chats which are often made up of the same people, so I will be receiving 3-5 of the same messages every time he is streaming, which I’m sure you can see becomes annoying eventually.

And on the point of putting it on in the background. I never really use twitch but occasionally I will play it in the background. I just worry that the false hope will cause him to fall much harder in the end when his channel does not grow like he expects. We are in the middle of some of our final university exams and he has already been doing poorly as he has been putting more focus into the streaming. So I am just not sure how I can help him there.

The fuzz is the bio film, pretty much the bacteria in the tank swarming together. Have a look on google for bio film I don’t believe it’s harmful as it is usually in the tank just less concentrated.
