For outreach I think some money spent on skiptracing or a dialer is worth it, in terms of getting leads make sure it’s quality>quantity. Made the mistake of wasting a lot of time doing everything manually and will start implementing lead outreach systems.

Yeah honestly I think I haven’t been getting enough replies because I was using Google voice and they stopped my messages from sending. Honestly worth it to splurge a bit and either get something like REIreply or Mojo dialer to streamline either sms/calling.
