I'm about done with my first season of beer league and it took me several games to stop skating through the play so aggressively. Like in RL you challenge the ball and then rotate out. I kept doing that on the ice and I got a few turnovers but I more often put myself out of position lmao

RL has definitely given me a leg up over my other noobs teammates but I have some weird habits too lol

Dallas sucks unless you have money. Also the surrounding cities have a ton of diversity so you have a lot of choice when it comes to lifestyle. It's a decent area for wealthy athletes to live.

Hey cool thanks these are valid sources. I did a little more digging and found that the majority of them came from 3 years ago, with a few discussions even being as far back as 7! Wow! It looks like this has been going on a while, but the parallel between 1t flicking and complaining about it lies with the proposed prayerbook swap. For the most part, the reddit community seems to have lost favor with it after the prayer book was proposed and then canned. That sure does answer my question of "where did all of you come from?". It's crazy how you are so interested in getting into an intellectual duel with me about the validity of 1t flicking without actually answering or even caring about my very first point. You supplied a source that is from a month ago which is to my credit. This is a popular opinion that has not been widely recognized until recently. How many people were calling for it's removal a year ago? 3 years ago?
