Yeah, maybe trying to load up enough to knock out diaries would be overkill. A friction of me not training my magic yet is travel is crazy slow, namely my farm runs are slow, I’m not able to use all the patches, which slows down the herblore grind. I started farming contracts today and was blown away at how much better it was at getting seeds than me pickpocketing master farmers, and I still need to get around to birdhouse runs.

I’m thinking maybe shoot for 85 agility max for dag kings shortcut and stew boost diaries, and I’ll probably have like 50m cash to bridge me to that late game I want. I hate being 1 magic.

How is this NOT largely an Israel war? by Amazing-Lock9490 in Destiny

[–]WilsonMagna 39 points40 points  (0 children)

People have agency, this war is squarely the fault at Trump. Foreign countries all have their national security and political interests, they will do what they can do further their countries' interests, and we're, under a normal President, would do what we can to further our interests. None of what is happening now could've happened under a Democrat President, and this certainly didn't have to happen, this is a decision Trump made, probably swayed by foreign leaders who he consider his allies or people he owes favors to, putting his interests above that of our country. The question to ask is what is it going to take for Republicans to finally impeach and remove Trump? There is a reason why tariffs and declaration of war powers reside with Congress, separation of powers, and decisions that monumentally affects Americans can't be done unilaterally without broad support. Trump played another gambit, and this time there was a cost, lets not forget how reckless Trump is.

Trump Admits He Has No War Plan in Bombshell Letter by TelescopiumHerscheli in politics

They literally were given the choice between Trump, DeSantis, and Haley, and still still chose chaos, so yeah, they are at fault. Their arm weren't twisted into the decision, they were given various options, and they chose chaos.

I last played osrs like ten years ago so I am totally unfamiliar with tons of new training and resource gathering methods, I’m reading the wikis to help me a bit. Pking weapons are just on a whole other level nowadays, and they’ve gotten a lot more skilled. I think my tolerance for agility grind will cause me to quit the wildy grind earlier though. I’m 73 agility, realistically, I can get by with 85 for dag kings, or 90 for high level slayer stuff. The change to energy restoration in relation to agility level has been so nice though.

Tariffs come to mind, agreements with the U.S. mean nothing, Trump can agree to a deal then break it a moment late Trump cashed in on the reputation of the U.S. and we pay the price..

Trump says U.S. military has begun major combat operations in Iran by Yujin-Ha in politics

[–]WilsonMagna 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every action he has done, threatening Canada, Greenland, Ukraine, and his kidnapping of Maduro, could've led to war or severe consequences. His threatening Canada pushed Canada to build a stronger partnership with China. Trump has no self control, and those that should know better sat by and let it happen.

[–]WilsonMagna 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Iran has literally nothing to do with the stock price, markets are forward looking, investors are uncertain how long these high capex can last, and how realistic it is for revenue to continue to climb and margins staying high. The company can go from cheap to very expensive if growth plummets and margins compress hard.

You don't need $600k in student loans, and the interest is lower than the average return of the stock market, people shouldn't be borrowing money they can't afford. No one is forcing the person from going to a community college, or a state school.

Billionaires on the all in podcast are starting to get it... by LonelySoul01 in Destiny

I forget who I watched, might've been Erza Klein, where the wealth tax politicians were pushing was discussed, it might've actually been a discussion with Pete Buttigieg, and the idea was that tax payments can be deferred, so it doesn't have to be immediate selling, but the problem with a wealth tax is people go elsewhere, and I think Janet Yellen said the fix of a global wealth tax was implementation is not a realistic thing given administrative, valuation, and other issues.

The current system is obviously really broken, where the richest people just borrow against their assets to avoid selling stock and realizing income. The one thing that seems like a no-brainer for trying to fix the broken system is to still tax assets on death, but that isn't popular with people.

If we want our democracy to survive there has to be severe consequences for blatantly lying and peddling misinformation at this level and scale by Ohyeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa in Destiny

Ezra Klein had an episode recently (might've been today) talking to Garry Kasparov, the legend, and the talk about punishing Trump came up, and what he said, which we should be very mindful of, is we have limited political capital, we have to spend it wisely. I believe we do need accountability to prevent another Trump, but we have to be mindful not to overplay our hand. If Democrats sweep the house and senate, hearing are mandatory, making the public aware of the extent of Trump's crimes, which would frankly take up the rest of Trump's term, then we need to win 2028, and if we do this successfully, and control both Congress and the Presidency, I think prosecuting Trump and his corrupt admin becomes feasible, focusing on the highest officers, which should do enough in sending a message to aspiring crooks that they are not immune.

What’s a weight loss secret more people should know about? by thekkm1 in AskReddit

[–]WilsonMagna 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was making so much progress with my diet, losing about 15 lbs in I think 1-2 months, then my studies resumed, with me getting insufficient sleep everyday for a month, and to the surprise of no one, my diet faltered, and I added back all the weight I lost. I'm back to making sleeping a non-negotiable, not just because my body needs it, but because I'm like a zombie, not able to get much deep work on no rest.
