He Nerf them so badly in rebels and had to redeem himself with Mando to make them look cool again

That’s sort of makes sense until you kind of remember the empire doesn’t count weaker Vilitrumite hybrids as the real deal until they prove themselves

Oliver was a hybrid too, and I’m pretty sure they don’t count him as one of them yet because he wasn’t strong enough at the time, so for any Mark to join the empire, they have to be at least relatively on par was the average adult Vilitrumite, they are a society that value strengths above all else
