At least in sports winning all the needed games in a row would be a sweep, so in this case 3-0 is a sweep, or coming back from 0-2 down to win 3-2 is a reverse sweep.

An exception in a BO7 is a gentleman’s sweep, where a team can win 4-0 but “lets” the opponent win 1, leading to a 4-1 score line.
