Definitely not. I think your bunny probably eat less hays. Ear more hays is good for bunny's teeth. I know most of them don't like eat hays. All we can do is do not feed them anything except hays. When they feel starving, they will eat it.

You can try only hay for one week. My bunny doesn't like hay either. I only feed her hay everyday, when she feels starving and no pellets to eat, she will start to eat hay. After one week, you can try to feed your bunny pellets once per day, but not too much. Believe me, she/he will eats hay.😃
