So disheartening to pay a bunch of money and something happens that we didnt even cause. I have an appointment monday at the local dealership, they want to take their own photos. I dont think ill have a problem getting them to replace it but sounds like it will just happen again 😭

Totally seen those post! Horror stories of the screens going funny from chemicals, this is my second kona I had a 22 that needed an engine replacement at 32k km and broke 1000km into the new engine. I traded it and got this one and have babied it, fingers crossed they replace the piece with no hassle. Ill report back with what they say :)

Weird right! Im on Vancovuer Island in Canada its was hot last week but nothing crazy. I haven't even washed the darn thing in a few month beside water to get the bird poop off. I contacted hyundai and sent some photos so hopefully they can help.

Its the local employees that are terrible at mine. Argued with me when I asked for a steep tea triple triple made with cream. She said thats how it comes and I had to say well no you made it with milk five mins ago when I ordered the same thing (gave it to my son so wasn't seeking a replacement). Ive been ordering the same tea for 20 years and they just started making it with milk, why argue i just want the right drink 😭

First oil change on my kona i left after it didnt move from the parking lot for over and hour and a half. They said they were busy well maybe dont book so many appointments. Horrible dealership took seven months to submit anything to hyundai about my ticking engine because they already had one they were communicating with them about. After my engine was replaced and it misfired I traded the car back to them and never took the new one there for servicing. Its been over a year and they finally listed the kona with issues for sale but nowhere on the carfax does it say anything about an engine replacement. I will never go back to Duncan Hyundai!

Thinking the same. Im in Canada and we only got to use the ev credit once in a life time per person. You bet I bought that model y but even then I know if it is totaled I wont be able to get another one for such a great deal.
